sequences from multilocus amplicon libraries, typically
sequenced in Illumina MiSeq or similar. It provides a set of
core functions for the central steps: demultiplex by locus,
truncate reads, variant calling, and genotype calling.
Additionally, it provides a set of functions for diagnosis and
estimation of best running parameters and multiple extensions
for genotype/variants manipulation and reformatting. Output
variants and genotypes are output in 'tidy' format, thus
facilitating reformatting, manipulation and potential
connection to other R packages.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/csmiguel/actions/runs/29309740413</link><pubDate>Fri, 15 May 2026 10:59:16 GMT</pubDate><r:package>tidyGenR</r:package><r:version>0.1.8</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://csmiguel.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/csmiguel/tidygenr</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>tidyGenR-intro.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>tidyGenR-intro.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to tidyGenR</r:title><r:created>2025-04-06 15:54:48</r:created><r:modified>2026-02-13 11:32:45</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>tidyGenR-optimization.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>tidyGenR-optimization.html</r:filename><r:title>Optimization of variant calling</r:title><r:created>2026-02-09 18:48:31</r:created><r:modified>2026-02-09 18:48:31</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
